Well everyone, we are nearly there. Not long to go now, eh? It seems only yesterday that it was October and I bought my ticket to go to Gatecon, my fingers trembling in excitement as I typed in my name and address and credit card details.
So either I have stumbled across a time machine in my toilet (don't ask, people...) or I have been rendered unconcious for the last 8 months because now it is July, and the days of The Con Of Gate are upon us.
I know that it is going to be one of those occassions that I would never ever EVER forget.
Aardie has been practising her flute like MAD for you guys, so if anyone wants to be serenaded on their balcony, just dial 1-800-AARDIE! Order now and get a free set of steak knives to throw at me!
But seriously you guys - I am so excited about going, and I haveta say a huge congrats to Allan and Rowan and Richard and all of the GC crew who are making this possible and answering all of our questions when we are lost on the path of wonder what the hell is gonna happen.
Some of us get lost in the hype.
Others want it planned.
So yeah - THANK YOU SO MUCH for what I am sure is going to be an excellent Gatecon 2004.
