Cool journal entry and nice re cap of the event.

Sorry I iddn't reply in the journal I for the life of me can't remember my log in. (its written down but didnt really look for it.)

I hope I can go to GateCon next year. Its a lot closer to me than most of the other conventions. I have only been into Stargate for about a year now it is the best show ever.

I was at the Creations Con in Burbank which was nice and i won a set of season 6 dvd's :)

About how mnay people attended gatecon?

700 thats great I was thinking it was in the thousands. This makes me really want to attend next year!!

I am not sure how many were at the Burbank Con. Maybe Gary can answer that one.

I can't wait to see peoples pictures. I would of loved to see Colin Cunningham. He is my favorite reoccurring character.

I have some pictures too that I will be putting up on our website. Most didnt turn out too good but I did manage to get a few really good ones.

The video itself will probably be on the Gatecon 2004 video that should be availble for order sometime after Allan (Gatecon) gets back home and has some time to rest and get his crazy life in order again.

The song from the video is "Absolutely Everybody" by Vanessa Amorosi and you can buy her cd's on most of the online stores like amazon and cdnow.

she also has a website - Vanessa Amorosi [dot] com

I still have to contact Vanessa's agents and record label about including the clip on this years DVD (because of the copyright issues). They were extremely helpful last year and allowed us to put it on the DVD as a gift towards the Make a Wish Foundation.

I will let you know how I get on, and hopefully they will allow us to do the same this year.

ok thank we wait for dvd
oh is dvd can be read in zon 2 ???

Hey, Allan! Good to see you poking your nose in -- ;)

and Lyam --- the Gatecon DVD is region free - and should come in both NTSC and PAL format - so everyone should be able to set it and view it

(was asked that same question at the Merch table a couple times this year - and had to ask Allan in order to answer correctly ;))
