Going to first convention

I'm going to my first Stargate convention this Sunday in New Jersey. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for me. I'm not sure what to expect. I have purchased photo op tix for Shanks.

enjoy the panal he always is great at answering questions

I went to my first convention in Burbank and it was so much fun. I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed by how nice they all were. They were very patient and did a great job answering questions. Don Davis gave a great talk and was very emotional at times.

Sititng next to Michael Shanks was probably the highlight of the con. That and that Chris Judge loved my Oregon football jersey!!!!

For those who don't know Chris Judge went to the University of Oregon and played football for the Ducks.

I am planning on going to the con in Sacramento. (Only an 8 hour drive from home) at the end of August. I am not into Star Trek but Michael Shanks is going to be there along with Don Davis.

About the book, we couldn't tell. Me and my friend tried to look but couldn't make it out. We should have just asked him, duh!!!!! Anyway, the butt pix are great aren't they? When was that? Can youpost the pic (or a link). I did go to the Creation site and saw the pics that were posted from the Chicago convetnion. He didn't look good there either, he wasn't even smiling in most of the pics. I would not have been happy at all. Our photo op was at 11:AM, maybe that helped. I think he just rolled out of bed because someone asked him to take off his hat and he said he wanted to keep his bed-head to himself.
