Help...what's this episode?

OK, experts, I need your help. Someone is BOUND to know this scene...right away.

Here's the scoop...
I was searching through some screenshots looking for pictures to caption. I couldn't think of any dialogue for "defacing images" for this one scene.

But, of course, NOW I have a great idea for dialogue and can't for the life of me remember which ep had the screenshots. (I'll figure out which site it was later.)

Usually I would know which ep it is...but in this case I was searching for something else, happened to see this scene, didn't see what I wanted and moved on. Now, I really want to find these shots and use them. Don't you hate when you get a great idea afterwards?

Help! Name this episode!

Here goes....
Jack and Daniel, alone in the base hallway, green and red lines down the center...
think they were wearing blue,
think it was a recent season,
Jack holds up his hand (finger) as if saying, "Wait" or "Hold it" or "You think so" or "Daniel" as Daniel (further away) has back turned, looking over shoulder towards us and Jack.

Agggghhhhh. Sound familiar???

Umm... that could be any number of episodes. Any more hints or details? If you are refering to an image in the defacing images thread, maybe you could provide a link to the picture.

Trust me. I have been beating my head against the desk trying to figure it out.

I was searching various screen shot sites for a certain photo. Happened to see a long series of Daniel and Jack, alone in the hall with Jack putting his finger up. Since I couldn't think of any caption, I moved on...looking for the picture I needed at the time.

Now, of course I have a caption. Heck, I have a series of captions. But, I have no idea what episode those shots came from. (If I knew the episode, I would check on the handful of sites I use....or just stick the DVDs in myself.)

Just Jack and Dan in the base hallway (with red and green lines down the center as usual) and Jack is near camera, Dan far, and Dan is walking away. Jack has his hand up, pointing with his finger up.

Oh, I'll just need to find other photos. Guess I have to watch some eps tonight.

That sounds like a Season 6 episode or maybe 7 when the SG1 team land on a ship/planet where all the inhabitants have had their bodies transferred into machines to try to keep them alive. Daniel has some of the minds put into his head and becomes quite 'mad'. Does that sound familiar?

You're describing "Lifeboat", but he wouldn't be allowed to be walking along the corridors at that point, since they consider him a medical or security threat...

I agree it's probably post de-Ascension though... (for an undefinable reason)

Oh well, it's ok. Now that I have the Season 7 DVD's I'll just come up with new screenshots. If I could only find the right codec for my darn laptop dvd player, but I digress.

(I am sure the story/cartoon arc in my head will find it's way into the world through some other photos...)

If it's not post-ascension...

The first thing I thought of was "Gamekeeper" when Jack is in the hall and they ask him where he's going and he's like 'to show them their world... in our minds... (or something along those lines) and Daniel give him a look to which Jack says something along the lines of "Leave me alone"

I just watched Icon (series 8) today and a scene in there reminded me of this thread

Pretty much as you described it: Jack and Daniel, alone in the base hallway, green and red lines down the center...
Jack wearing blue, Daniel in green.
Jack holds up his finger as Daniel has back turned, looking over shoulder towards Jack.

It is near the begining of the ep, ther've come back from the planet and Daniel wants to go back to try and stop war breaking out, Jack's not so sure. They have a discussion and Jack concedes with "I want you out of there the instant things get squirly." Daniel apparently satisfied turns around to walk away until Jack causes him to turn around with "squirly" whilst holding up his finger.

Hope you can find the image, can't wait to see the defacing

Course, I was afraid I would lose the joke and already morphed it and used other photos. Homer part 1 and 2.
