Wow! the second part was just awesome, looking forward to the third part. I totally love Daniel and Vala in the place they were transported and that scene of the "dead" of Vala was just so intense. And we see Lexa's character introduce in Stargate. That was cool.

Also enjoy the scene of Cameron and the sword fight.

Interesting thing this of the Ori, it looks like the third part is going to be very interesting. :D

Krystal :p

I thought it was better than the first part. I also liked the B and C stories they were introducing such as the Jaffa elections, and the backstory for the new Doctor and General. The cliffhanger was concluded a little too quickly.

Yeah i agree with that - the side stories seem a lot more interesting than the actual plot.

Vala's 'death' did nothing for me, mainly cos i didn't believe it and wouldn't have cared that much if they had killed her.

Cameron's sword fight was fun, I liked Daniel's kinda blasé "You're doing good" and Vala's "I don't think he's actually that good" comment. But does it seem a little unrealistic and a lot cheesy that flashbacks to Cameron's physio days gave him the strength and willpower to win! :p

Well well,

While I found the King Arthur link ok the trials and test sequence was a little bizarre to say the least.

Fair does they worked out the 2 tests but then Cameron becomes a mighty knight slaying the "holo" knight "I did a bit at colledge" PLEASE GIVE ME BREAK WHOS IS WRITING THIS STUFF! Oh how I loved the flash back to when he was in rehab, like some Rocky movie.

COME ON CHAMP!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! From Fighter pilot to super soldier to supreme sword fighter, where is the TV remote!!!!

Anyway we swiftly moved away from the sword fighting to the where Daniel and Valla are transported (in mind) to the world of the Ori.

Its a nice link and sets up a greater story which has great promise if only they can keep th eoverall series plot together.

Oh and we have the introduction of the unhappy daughter/ overprotective father (whos divorced from sulking daughters mum) story line. The writers are so desperate to add some depth to the new cast members obviously. I predict in about 10 episodes they will be all happy and run through the parks hand in hand and having picnics!

At least the Prometheus didnt get taken over by a 5 year old child or a chicken this time!

Actualy, he said that he did a little "Fencing" at college. Fencing is not the same thing as wielding a Broadsword, but he does seem to have the build to use one, and the holo-sword didn't seem to hurt him that much. I assumed that he didn't have to be good enough to actually kill the holo-knight, just to show he was reasonably good enough. In reality, if he had never used a Broadsword before I'd doubt he could have beaten anyone from that period who had practised from birth.

I thought the appearance of the treasure to be odd. Was that meant to be the prize for completing the tests? Or was it just another test to distract from the Ancients' communication device hidden among it? I'm not clear who the tests were originally designed for. Do you think they were designed for some people from the future, like us, to discover?
