Nice to read some good old fashioned Sci/Fi adventures again. And this one is straight from the Robert Heinlein school of writing.Synopsis
Vulcan is a vast factory hanging in space. Its workers, the Migs, slave to produce the goods the Empire needs in the fervent hope to oneday complete their contract and escape, while the company assure that they never do.
But at the highest levels of the company a plan is at foot. One that will put an end to the Empire.
Can it be stopped
Plenty of things happening to lend interest and a culture that is tersely explained within the story itself without huge wad of drivell but well enough to be understood. or imagined.
Unlike Heinlein there is no great moral to hide behind. But a nice read for all that
