I see the visual resemblance, but I'm clueless. Who is Smith? Does he drink? Is he second-in-command?
 
I was just commenting on the look-a-like-ness. Unfortunately, Smith is not that interesting. He is the former leader of the British Conservative Party. Which means he once had an outside chance of becoming Prime Minister. If he had drank he would have been forced to resign even earlier than he did. He does have a great-grandmother who was a Samurai. Can Michael Hogan beat that?
