Has anyone read this new Pratchett book yet just got it today for my birthday and wondered if anyone has it yet? It is another Tiffany Aching book following up the wee free men and a hat full of sky

It is a TiffanyA. book I have not read mine yet but from what I hear from some who have it is good, and there will be one more to go then that's it for the series.

I've read it, but I'm not quite sure what I think about it yet. Sure, it was great, all new Pratchett books are. But it felt like it took a very long time to "warm up", if you get what I mean. There's a lot of great Witches and Headology stuff in there, and some very fine characters, but for some reason it didn't grab me the way A Hat Full of Sky did.

I loved it :) read it in 2 days. Its another old story with a new twist, as mr T (P) does so well :D

Probably not one of my overall favorites, but then I never liked Tiffany as much as Vimes, Vetinari or Death. Still a great book. Feegles rule!

I'm warming to tiffany.
i think she's going to be as formidable a witch as granny eventually.

i fell off my seat laughing at the first meeting of you and greebo.

just read wintersmith... very cool, i love all Tery's wierd and wonderfull concepts - this book does not disapoint. though a bit quiet on the laugh out loud front, but it is a kids book after all. A great addition to the Tiffany Aching collection. apparently there will be one more.

Need more Rincewind!!!!!

I'm hoping to see a book with Captain Ironfoundersson at the centre someday. Or him and Delphine Angua Von Uberwald together.

Or what happened to Brutha? There's so much complexity in these characters you can see a whole untold life story behind any of them :p

The coward of a thousand retreating backs.

i have read the book loved it evan though i could see were it was going after she arrived at nanny oggs and he definatlys set us up for the next one, but i dont care coz i know i will enjoy it!
