Just watched the latest Supernatural.
Did anybody else here think that the whole moral dilemma wasn't so much of a grey area as they tried to make it? I mean, these vampires hadn't really turned over a new leaf - by their own admission they were only avoiding drinking human blood to try and lay low because they were getting their collective asses kicked! They weren't refraining for reasons of morality or ethics!
For goodness sake, if their strategy works all they have to do is wait until nobody's hunting vampires anymore, and then what's stopping them from going wild and digging into sweet human flesh once more? Plus, this vampiress who's in charge of this gang seems to be only hanging onto her power by a thread. What if she looses control? Then more attacks might come sooner, and they will be on the heads of these idiots that decided to let them go!
Apparently their bloodlust is quite strong, even the leader had trouble controlling it and stopping herself at the end there. Are Sam and Dean so certain that none of them are going to finally give in to their natural urges? I thought they were smarter than that.
Who writes this stuff?
