Poetry Search

Is there a website or resource that allows you to search through poetry, classical or otherwise by theme?

I am searching for lines that I can use to illustrate individual chapters.

I have no clue how to post links, but all poetry is a wicked site, and if memeory serves, there is a section on classical poetry or try:
poetry.eserver.org/

I recently found a book called The Song Atlas which basically has a poem from every country, which I have found wonderful reading, and diverse too- they aren't all well known poems, so could be an interesting idea for use as chapter illustration. Might be a long read to find what you are after but I'd say read it anyway.

Sorry I've come to this rather late, but another good site for poetry is The Poetry Archive, which has audio files of lots of poets reading their own poems:

Thanks for posting this. I have the same problem, but for a different reason - I'm trying to find stuff to read at my wedding, as we are having a humanist ceremony and are making it up ourselves.
