Jane and the Dragon

The Thundercats thread reminded me of this but it was just a little to OT to post over there.

Has anyone seen this one?

It's a CGI cartoon about a red headed girl growing up in a stereotypical castle with a dragon as her best friend. I've seen it a few times now and its hardly groundbreaking cinema but it is a suprisingly good mix of graphics and storyline, I think I would have enjoyed this as a kid and with the good value's storylines I'd be pretty happy if this was popular with my own kids now .

I'm not sure whether I was getting this one mixed up with a different title. I've seen something like it, only it was an anime, and it wasn't for kids. Oh well.

its on on Channel 5 in the mornings...it is pretty good, even if the backgrounds are a little flat

I quite like this but its graphic are like PS1....

Excalibur was much better!!

I have recently brought this programme to the attention of a lovely friend of mine, as she is the spitting image of Jane (if a bit older at 35!). I think it's beautiful. Although CGI, it gives the look of being sketched with coloured pencils which looks just lovely. Very much for children, but worth a look all the same.
