Last night's episode, "Rapture," certainly moves the pieces and players around! Sharon's baby, Caprica Six, and Baltar are all back on board Galactica, the D'Annas are all boxed, and Starbuck finally says something honest to Dualla (albeit a drug-enduced honesty).

More mysteriosities, too: Starbuck's drawing matches the drawing of the exploding star, and D'Anna knows and apologizes to one of the final five Cylons.

I couldn't understand what Starbuck says when Hilo shows her the drawing. She names someone and says that the person said her destiny had been written (or something of that sort). Who does she name?

And who would D'Anna apologize to, who might be one of the final five?

Re: Season 3 general discussion, with spoilers

I believe Starbuck says "Leoben was right" Leoben beingone of the 7 known cylons.

Re: 3.11: Rapture

Thanks, Joeybdot. That makes sense, because Leoben did claim to be able to see the future--although his prediction that Starbuck would kiss him willingly left out the important fact that she would do it in order to be able to kill him yet again. :)

Nooooooooooooooo

I've got no fancy insights or anything I just wanna say

Noooooooooooooo

not "no" in any bad way. Just "no" that I gotta wait howevermany hours till the next episode. This one was better better better. The ones leading up to it were ok too but I was getting tired of that piano music and all the lounging around in satin sheets on the base ship. Wanna watch more Now!

Re: 3.11: Rapture

I keep thinking about the episode. Especially the moment when Hilo had to shoot Sharon in order for her to resurrect on the Cylon ship so she could get her baby. That was a powerful scene.

And how Six snapped a baby's neck in the miniseries but saves the baby from Boomer's neck-snapping in this episode, snapping Boomer's neck instead.

(I'm confused about the episode number at the beginning of this thread. When Dave split the long season three thread, he gave "Rapture" the number 3.11, but Ron Moore's podcast for the episode is numbered 312.)

That's because Occupation/Precipice was shot as two episodes, i. e. 301 and 302, even though they were broadcast on the same night.
