Just looking on the Hippocampus Press site, and found that there's going to be a new Lovecraft Annual slated to begin in August of this year; this will be dedicated to new Lovecraftian scholarship, and edited by S. T. Joshi. I don't know if this is meant to replace Lovecraft Studies or not, though it may well be, as Necronomicon Press has not been publishing anything of this nature for a while, and since the death of Marc Michaud's wife the press itself may not be issuing any new publications (though, to the best of my knowledge, they are still open for business with older publications).
There are several other things of interest coming out soon, including a look at Lovecraft's good friend W. Paul Cook (who wrote one of the best memoirs of HPL ever penned), as well as, in 2008, a revised Lovecraft Bibliography, and a journal devoted to studies in the horror field, Dead Reckonings, slated to begin Spring of this year.
