laputa,castle in the sky

tommorow, friday at 10.20 am the original dubbed version of laputa , castle in the sky is on c4 . If you havent heard of it it really is a fantastic film ,by the same people that did howls moving castle and spirited away .

I think Laputa was one of the first anime films I saw. I'll definitely be watching it!

Ah, I watched this on Tuesday night! The dubbed version (I prefer subtitles with the original voices, but hey ho) and it was quite good.

Although I have to say that Howl's Moving Castle is still my favourite, followed by Spirited Away. But yeah, Laputa was still good.

I adore Howl's Moving Castle, enjoy Castle in the Sky, and find Spirited Away a little disturbing. All definitely worth seeing

I was able to watch this this morning. I thoroughly enjoyed it - all the more so since I hadn't seen it for such a long time.

Well, I'd never seen it - and sat glued to it all the way through, except for dashing over here during the breaks!

Ah, I enjoyed it, but I didn't think it was fantastic. Not like Howl's Moving Castle! Man, I love that film (as you all probably know now ). Have you seen that, Pyan? If not, I definitely recommend it!

my friend/neighbor totoro was also on this week . i taped it for my son . very tame but also very disturbing .especially the cat bus .

I haven't seen My Neighbour Totoro, but we recently got Howl's Moving Castle on dvd, and I hope to watch it tonight. Looking forward to it, too.

Nausicaa is a must watch if you haven't seen it.

I've only seen half of Nausicaa, (I didn't realize it was on. One of the film channels had a Miyazaki/Ghibli season, but didn't really advertise it) so if the channel doesn't repeat it soon I'll get it on dvd.

I like usually like the less known studio ghibli works better, such as; Whisper of the heart and Only Yesterday. Not to say that I don't like the other movies, they are all great.

Studio Gihbli films are great - A very awsome collection (16 films i think if you include the un-numbered ones) My favourite has to be Nausicaa, but spirited away and laputa castle in the sky are also awsome films ^_^
