We're tough, but we love to give new writers a shot when we can. In four years we have published only nine books and a calendar. AB decided it's goals long ago about quality. I can't say more or it would sound cheesy.
I always advise people to read the Book Submissions page carefully. It's very detailed and really says what we look for.
