New guy, needed to share big score

Hi folks,

I'm new to the forum and wanted to share news with others who might understand. I just finished Heart Shaped Box by Joe Hill and then found out he was in downtown Des Moines. Got my book signed and got to ask questions in a group of about 50 some people, it was awesome. He was a cool guy. My first signed book .

Also finished my first audio book, which was World War Z, the way it was written almost seems tailor made for an audio book. It's a good... listen. I'm looking through some of your recommendations, just started dabbling in horror. Has any one read Jack Priest? And if so what did you think? I'm thinking of checking him out next.

I haven't read Joe Hill although I should definitely like to read his short story collection which has been well appreciated. Congrats on getting to meet with the guy and all.
