Looking for title for book:
Main Plot Points: Girl with silver eyes & hair returns from future to stop nuclear holocaust.
Its a book about a woman returns from future to stop holocaust. She's from a clan of people who have evolved due to post apocalyptic radiation. They have silver eyes and silver hair, and fast reflexes.
Fuzzy memory suggests main character's name was Jana, Jama, Janna, Hanna, or something like that.
I read this when I was about 13, so that puts it as written in late 80's or earlier. I remember one character could regenerate from injuries. Something about him being linked to his alternate selves in other dimensions, I am thinking his name began with a J... Also there was something about a scar on the moon that was a result of some sort of weapons testing. This was a sort of harbinger that the holocaust was soon.
Its vague, I know, but I'd like to find it so I can re-read it, and hopefully any sequels that I missed.
I wish I had more to go on. I keep thinking her clan was called "clan of the fire eyes" or something like that.
