Apostate Against the Eloi
The horror film The Passing has a screening and afterparty on May 11th, Friday, 2007 at AFI -Mark Goodson Theater in LA.
The film, which has already won various independant film festival awards such as "Best Editing," "Best Feature," "Best Director," and "Best Visual Effects," updates the roots of the genre by centering the events around a group of twenty-something co-eds who must stay within a haunted house overnight in a modern day, post House of Haunted Hill world.
The Passing is directed by John Harwood and features the last role by the late Paul Gleason. The visual effects supervisor is Martin Hall, and the character animation is done by Megan Dolman.
