Can't Draw

I can't draw to save my life but would be interested in making a graphic novel/comic book, although I'm not an expert or anything it seems that there's a number of graphic novels where one person "writes" it and the other draws, most notably to me, Alan Moore. How do you find someone to draw your graphic novels?

If you are a student you could try your scifi soc. if you have one. I know they sometimes have artists in them, one may be interested in drawing for you.
