Help with vampire book title...

I recently read a book (and yes, this is really embarrassing as it wasn't over two months ago that I read it!) about a girl who works with her mother and stepfather in their bakery (Charlie's) and she is a baker. She is also abducted by a group of vampires to be given to another vampire that was also a captive. Because he is an unusual vampire and she happens to know how to do some magic, they manage to escape. This all takes place in a undefined future Earth where creatures like vampires and others are known and acknowledged by the populace even though they aren't tolerated well. Similar in setting to Patricia Briggs' Moon Called, but less tolerant of the 'magical or faerie' citizens.

I won 't go into the entire book but that should be a fair enough start for anyone who has actually read it to remember either who wrote it or it's title.

Is it Sunshine by Robin McKinley? I haven't read it, but it sounds like the description.

Yep. It's Sunshine. Though I didn't see it as an "unknown future earth" but rather an alternate, more or less contemporary, version..... Good book, that!
