One has to wonder at the BBCs common sense in staging a large explosion in an old courtroom building near the Millenium Stadium and only yards from shops, bars, etc in Cardiff on Sunday evening when the country was at a heightened alert due to the attack in Glasgow and the bombs found in London. This was for a scene in series 2 of Torchwood

Sheesh, talk about a storm in a teacup. All anyone had to do was ask one of the uniformed multitude what was going on. Anyone who did ask was told immediately and anyone working in the area already knew about it. Obviously a slow news day.
