A couple I've used. For classic (out of copyright) works:
http://www.bibliomania.com/
Which is not specialised in SFF, but has some. Similarly:
http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page
On the uther hand, Baen books specialises in SFF, and their
http://www.baen.com/library/
is more recent stuff, generally by living authors.
