Quick thought

Just started reading the ASOIAF series. Quick thought: is Tommen definitely the child of Cersei and her brother, or could he actually be Robert's? I'm only a few chapters into the first book, so I guess this might be clarified later. He does not have the same looks as his inbred siblings though.
