i would like to find this film i saw as a kid,but i dont know the title. It has quite a well known actor in but is quite old early 80s ? its badly dubbed . this old guy hooks up with this young girl whos just had her brother kidnapped in the woods the parents have died,and they search for him for about ten years through medieval type villages they come across dragons(i think ) the old guy is a kind of da vinci he has designs on the inside of his coat . anyway they find her brother and hes like a king mad as a hatter and is awful to his people . i didnt even get to see the end of the film ,so if anyone could help it would be great

I have entirely no idea what this movie is but it's very intriguing and I hope someone in here can help you. I'd love to see it myself.

When you say "badly dubbed", was it an Oriental fil, or a spaghetti fantasy? It might help if we had some idea of the country of origin.

i think it was european ,maybe scandanavian lots of blonde people
