New Lovecraft journal making its premiere

With the prolonged hiatus of publication with Necronomicon Press, there has been something of a void in the field of Lovecraftian scholarship for a while now. It looks as if Necronomicon will be up again, but I'm not sure at this point what (if any) new projects are on the agenda there. However, there is a new Lovecraft journal coming out soon from Hippocampus, edited by S. T. Joshi, which certainly looks to carry on the tradition... though it is slightly overdue (it was due out in August), given Hippocampus' quality, I expect very good things here....
