Please help, I've looked for Years!!!!!

I have been trying to find this book for years and have had no luck at all.
I can not remember the title or author,
I believe it goes like this:

There is a homeless man with amnesia, who will have a stroke if he remembers who he is( this happens when a woman in a truck recognizes him and says his name) I think the name written on the cardboard box he lives in is Doobie or something?

There is a guy from another dimension/parallel world or something, he has a bee who's sting makes people do whatever he wants. She turns out to be in love with him and pulls a Tinkerbell (transforms to full sized woman, temporarily i think)

There may been a scene where a hand is running around a hospital ( or out of one) without it"s owner

There is an evil Prince who's deformed hand rips a portal of some kind to the parallel world? He uses this to get out of a jail cell at some point.

On the very last page the former amnesia sufferer goes to this other place, approaches a castle? and the guards freak and it ends with one of them saying you only have one heart and holds a sword to him

I believe there was a sequel, I never read it, called the favored hand?
