Does anyone know if the Discworld series artwork has been gathered somewhere for publication? It would be nice to have all the covers in a single volume in a nice encadernation.

You're thinking of something like "The Josh Kirby Discworld Portfolio"? Amazon also list the "Josh Kirby Poster Book" though it's unclear what it contains (and wow, not sure we've got that one!).

If you were looking at the Kidby Material as well, you'd be looking for "The Pratchett Portfolio: A Compendium of Discworld Characters" and "The Art of the Discworld".

Conversely, for purely Kirby, with non-Discworld material as well, try "In the Garden of Unearthly Delights: Paintings of Josh Kirby".

Trivia item for the day, which I've just found on Kirby's Wiki page: he painted the cover art for "Monty Python's Life of Brian" and "Return of the Jedi"! That page also lists the following sites for published art: The official website of Josh Kirby the artist

Thanks a million for the links!
I believe those books are not available in the US. I should check out amazon.co.uk more often. I usually go to amazon.com.
I didn't know that about Monty Python and Return of The Jedi. Cool.

They did, until recently had an exhibition in Liverpool I think it was at the university which had all his artwork there covers included.

Cool, I didn't know about Return of the Jedi!
And I thought the Life of Brian would have been done by the Pythons artist.

The US covers are horrible, aren't they? I'm buying those, too, because they're cheaper and I'm a poor student. But man do they suck!

I'm getting all of mine directly from the UK because of that.

I'd buy proper Kirby/Kidby covered books if I had the money... Anyone wants to buy a kidney?

Apparently you can't get them in Holland.....Have you tried ebay, Marky?

No. Neither to a Brazilian library, since they don't exist. Ok, they do exist, but they're certainly worse than the Dutch.
