There are so many theories about who is whom and who is plotting with whom. Some say Syrio is Jaqen (I had hoped, but not too sure how Syrio could have survided just to be immediately recaptured but not murdered). Others think crazy things like Jon is Aegon.

Which theories are commonly accepted?

1. R+L=J (I believe this has wide acceptance)
2. Jaqen = Pate

Now seriously, about Robb legitimising Jon: If Robb as a King made Jon legitimate, does it make him a legitimate Targaryen? (after the truth about his parents will be revealed)

Whomever rules makes the rules. If the Starks win, they can make Jon a Targ or make him Rickon's jester. If the Starks do not win, then it does not matter what they want to do with Jon.

Yes, but Westeros lords and ladies (and especially common people) are quite respectful for westeros rules. Even if there will be no Starks, there will be a paper that makes Jon a legitimate Targaryen son and heir to the Iron Throne. That's just nice (Though Robb probably have written "Eddard Stark's true born son and heir to the North".. :/ )
