Hi all.

I have organised to interview Fantasy author John Marco, writer of the Tyrants and Kings and Eyes Of God series, both of which I have read.

I know some of you have read the books and that some are fans whilst others are not whilst others may have never heard of this author before. However, if you do not wish to ask specific questions about the books, you can always ask about the writing process, life as an author, major influences etc....whatever takes your fancy within reason of course...:D

Either way I think it will be a worthwhile exercise for all concerned, as it never hurts to get another perspective of the Genre from a published author.

Here's a link to his published work:

John Marco

We haven't decided yet if John will come online here to answer preposted questions and a few on the fly OR if I'll simply conduct a Q&A style interview that will be subsequently posted here but either way please use this thread to post any questions you may have.

I have stickied the post here temporarily as a means of collating your queries as the interview itself may well take place/posted in another part of the forum.

The main event will most likely take place sometime in March although I'm waiting on confirmation from John on this, so I would suggest you post your questions here within the next few weeks.

Any relevant updates will be posted here.

Cheers....:)

well i suppose i probably already know the answer to this question...but i'll post it anyways:

I know i am not alone in desiring to read more from the world you created in your highly praised series "tyrants and kings". Have you ever thought about writing more involving those characters, that world, or perhaps even a prelude to the events that led up to the Jackal of Nar or the conquest and ascension of Arkus to the throne? Or have you moved on completely and have no motivation or desire to continue or write more in that setting?

OK, as an update to this I've got some more queries from people off line that I'll post here.

I'll message Mr Marco tommorrow to arrange something for this month.

Cheers...

Hi all.

Sorry for the delay, things have come up to prevent me from doing this up until now.

I'll be getting in touch with Mr Marco soon to arrange something.
