Seriously, the effect is so tiny that it may turn out to be interstellar magnetic fields or similar.

Be interesting to see if the faster Pluto probe responds similarly.

If Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) or that ilk, then we'll need to get out to Kuiper Belt to study it.
