For information about existing books, which series they appear in and any new books.. You probably saw the post before I cleaned it up a little... :D

Yeah I attempted to clean it up for you. I thought it was a touch sloppy for a man of your standards. :)

What are you talking about, I HAVE NO STANDARDS!!! :D

Yeah, I was seeing if the layout from the site I visited would work, but it didn't, once posted...

Better now???

It is an excellent list now - thanks mate. Flight of the Nighthawks is his next book I believe. The very name excites me somewhat - it sounds great.

Don't get too excited... There isn't a publishing date yet... :(

[EDIT]Just checked Amazon, publishing date is: 5th September 2005 :D

I am loving the Serpentwar Saga, but I can not place my finger on the reasons why. The Legends of the Riftwar seem to have been universally slated. Apparently they are a spin off from the computer games. I want to play these games even if they are crap. I actually own a copy of Shannara which I have never played. Midkemia Online could be in the pipeline - I am dreaming. The options for such a game would be huge. Perhaps we should create a thread to pupport the idea of Midkemia Online?

What's the Darkwar saga concerning? And where does it sit in the timeline (I'm guessing but it sounds like around about Silverthorn?
Is this a book from the bad guys point of view? (oh please oh please oh please! :D)

Also Midkemia Online: As much as I love the series I find MMORPG's to difficult to get into. There never seems to be much newbie help available, plus lag time on the web can be a killer (literally).

Lacey, the Legends of the Riftwar are spin-offs from the computer games... Think Mr Feist was trying to help tie them into the series... Okay, they aren't the best of the lot, but they aren't as bad as people say...

The Darkwar Saga is after the Conclave of Shadows, and I would presume, from the titles, deals with the Mad Gods attempt to consumes Midkemia AGAIN!!!

And I would very much doubt that there would be any of the books from the bad guys point of view - REF is always on the side of good!!!! If I ever get chance to ask him a question, I'd love to ask if he'd do a book from the bad guys viewpoint - Dealing with those pesky kids!!! :D

Haven't seen Midkemia online, and don't really have time to get into MMORPG

You think he'd find another hobby wouldn't you? Or maybe just settle for a nice beachfront property in Kesh? :)

But he is MAD!!!! He'd never think about getting a nice beach front property on a nudist beach and sit back to enjoy the view(s)!!! ;)

Does Kesh have a nice beachfront property??? Queg has more beachfront... :D

Novindus has a huge sweeping beach, inaccessible from the mainland due to a 'wass aye' (God knows how to spell that) cliff face.

Midkemia has more potential for an online world than any other fantasy series.

hmm, don't know about that! I love the series but GRRM's seven kingdoms, Qarth, As'shai, Ghis etc have just as much potential
Not to mention Tolkien's middle earth - and there has been a plethora of games about that recently! ;)

p.s. given the choice, I'd probably settle for a room with a view in Elvendar! :D
