Update: Lovecraft concordance

I've done the basic processing of the first quarter, and am now a quarter of the way through the second quarter. I am waiting until I have processed all four quarters before renumbering the lines, from a single running number to a running number per poem, and then I have to proof the lot, and, in the process of proofing, fix the indexing.

Then it's off to the publishers.
