I need help understand it, Emsharas told Anharat that they would never speak again, no matter what choice Anharat made...I don't understand this...Does this mean Emsharas has stopped existing? or in the afterlife, they take forms that die, and its been 4000 years and he is dead?

He offered his life to close (or open kinda long time ago) the portal 3000 years ago. So he cast his thoughts to the future and spoke to Anharat at the time of WInter warriors.
