I am having all types of merry hell trying to get hold of a copy of Midnight Tides, seems it's out of print in the UK and there are currently no plans to re-print it.
If anyone has a copy they no longer want pls PM me.

Man that sucks. I ordered books 1-4 on amazon.fr but I can not find book 5 either. I suppose I will have to have a family member in the USA mail it to me.

I am beginnging to think that I will have to have a friend in the US mail it to me, however amazon.com seems to be out of stock as well...

I recently cancelled a standing 4 month old order for the title with them. WHSmith has likewise had it on order for me since October last year.

I just found it on amazon.com

and amazon.co.uk

I'm going to confess my ignorance here and so I have no idea what "Midnight Tide" is or who it's by, but when I had trouble getting out of print books like Philip Farmer's Dayworld series or Joel Rosenberg's Sleeping Dragon series I used the following website for out or print books!
It can get pricy though...

Yeah I know it's listed there, I ordered it from Amazon last year and they kept putting back the delivery date.
When they put it back to March I got fed up and cencelled the order.

Winters_Sorrow, if you are looking for a really gripping and in depth fantasy world, developed characters and a fantastic storyline get a copy of Gardens of the Moon by Erikson.
You do kind of feel you're starting a story halfway through, and a part of me suspects he has an unpublished first novel sat at home, but there is no problem following the story and it is definately worth the read!

Really? DO you still have this problem? The MMPB is out now, and there are hundreds of copies, at least in Salisbury;) Maybe you live in the wrong place:p

YEP, the MMPB of Midnight Tides has been out for at least 12 mnoths in Australia and I assume in the UK also. It rocks, arguably his best yet if that's possible!!

I've got problems reading it....I find myself doubled over with laughter every time Tehol Beddict makes an appearence, specially the scenes with Hejun, Rissarh and Shand...I can just picture him dressed in his lopsided knitted jumper and skirt it's brilliant:D

Nice to see you're enjoying it so much Nixie....:D

Wait till Bonehunters hits the stores, I bet you'll be the first in line to get the new book Huh?...:D

Never. Precious will get there first;)
Only if I pre-order it, otherwise I expect the UK to get it before OZ. Having said that you'll be in OZ when the book comes out Cal, so you may be waiting along with the rest of us...:p

I'm devasted I've finished MT:( I tried try to make it last, rationing myself to a chapter a night...then he introduced Iron Bars and I couldn't but it down..And to make matters worse I've heard a whisper that BH may be delayed....

True nixie but at least take heart he's not turnnig into another Martin or Jordan in terms of time b/w books. At least I hope not!!...
