Ok not sure how many know but the David Gemmell Legend Award is picking up pace. Nominees are still coming in and as well as getting them from publishers theres the chance for fans to nominate a winner.
In order to fit the catagories the book has to have had its first publishing in 2008, doesnt matter if its been only in the UK, the US or Australia or any other country just as long as it hasnt been published elsewhere before 2008.
You can find the award and full rules at http://gemmellaward.com. You don't have to join to vote with the polls opening in December however its always good to have a look around and also to check that who you wants up. Also theres threads to chat about the books.
Also due to getting the web campaign going theres a MySpace and a Facebook pages which will keep everyone updated as to developments and bulletins so please also join those if you can. After all the more fan support we have the more we can do.
