Searching for 1950's children's book.

I've been looking for a book for a while, I forget the name of it. The title is "the little raindrop" or "the happy raindrop" or something to that effect. It was my dad's favorite book as a child so it's older and quite obviously a children's book. So it must have been published before the 1950's because my dad was born in 49 . He said he was about 3 or 4 when he had it, and then I think it went to his little brother. Anyway ,I would love to be able to get it for him for his birthday, or fathers day or something, I would really NOT like to pay an arm and a leg for it though. I've tried some used book stores and no one knows anything about it.

May be relavent, first published 1948. How you make sure I've no idea as the info about it is non existant on Amazon but it's somewhere to start possibly

Don't get too exited, as you probably know if you enter 'happy little raindrop' in google you get quite a few hits from all eras. This one seemed to be the oldest one though
