Three Wishes Short Story

A short story, where the devil grants the female protagonist three wishes. After - of course - being cheated on her first two wishes, her third wish is for the devil to fall completely and unselfishly in love with her. The story is told from the POV of a male who has (I think) just spent the night with her.

This rings a distant bell. Not sure why, but it brings to mind Alfred Bester, which could be completely wrong, but I've a feeling he produced a story with at least a passing similarity to this.

Thanks. My first thought was Asimov, but with a feeling I was wrong. Bradbury has also been suggested.

Any advance beyond B into the alphabet?
