I had a spontaneous thought today, what about a dnd campaign in Midkemia? I think if you knew enough backstory on it it is possible. What do you intelligent people think?
 
Given sufficient time and patience, you can have a DnD campaign just about anywhere, SoT. All in how well the Dungeon Master prepares and presents....
 
I believe that the world of Midkemia started because of DnD in the first place!
