i have Trouble pronounceing half the names in the books can someone make a list please???​

Seriously, just what you see in your head when you see the name on the page will do - no-ones going to check up on you...

yeh, i do this for most characters in most books, i often speak to my friends about various books and each person pronounces character names differently, its quite confussing sometimes

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they decided to pronounce the names so close to the way I do.

I got my mate into reading Feist and he's now in the Empire series.

We say some of the names differently but the one that stands out is Nakor.

I say Nay-Kor

He say Na-Kor

I suppose it really depends on your own accent and upbringing really; no one will care whether you say a name different to someone else's experience. All that matters is that you enjoy the books! I myself have some funny ways to say some of the names:

I say Nay-kor, like you Ross
Cree-dee not Cry-dee
Cay-lis not Ca-lis

There's another that stands out, but I can't remember what it is at the moment...

I always left the 'T' in Tsurannuanni silent myself....Sur-an-new-an-nee....but quite agree: unless you'll be performing a public reading of it, the only customer you have to please is yourself!!!

Yeah, the 'ts' in Tsurani throws me off, I can't quite describe how I pronounce it, though Tiss is probably close enough lol

The one that always got me was Ugyne Carvallis. How in the seven hells do you pronounce that? Is it supposed to be a weird variant of Eugenie?
