OMG I've been waiting forever for this season to finalize its aired shows. So excited, I would almost give up Christmas just so the 15th will get here faster!!

So...who is the last Cylon anyways?
Why is the Earth all destroyed and stuff?
What is up with Starbuck? Is she just nutso?

I can't wait to get some answers here!!

Don't confuse my adoration of the new BSG for ignorance of the purity and love for the first BSG.

Who says girls can't fly? Just because back then the only way you could be a girl on a sci fi show was if you placated the writers wild fantasies by being made into some caveman classical ideal of what a woman should be doesn't mean that Starbuck should never be written as a girl.

And she's a girl because she can whoop both your butts. And she has a cute...uh..nevermind.

It's no use trying to pacify me with promises of physically violent encounters DG. The fact is that to take a perfectly good character name from an old series and have it sex changed (regardless of the advantages as outlined above) is reprehensible. If they needed a female character to take the part of total pratt that was the original Starbuck role then surely they should have called her 'Costa' or something of the sort.

DG: Weeelll, that would have made for some interesting story lines back in the time of the original series (although I'm sure Apollo would have be happy). Even Star Trek didn't go down that route in it's more progressive days. Still I'm up for a remake if the cast can be assembled
