Does anyone know where in the final Troy book Stella Gemmell takes over? I started to get feelings that there was a change in style but she did such a fine job of completing the book that I couldn't discern the change with a perfect clarity.

From what I've read, David had written 80,000 words of the final Troy book.

In an interview Stella explains how David (R.I.P) Had taken the unusual step to drafting out character notes and plot lines. This was not of his usual work pattern but he had it completed before he went into the hospital for his operation. He knew the risks involved and didn't want to leave his story untold. Although in my opinion Fall of kings is still done as David would have done it. I think Stella made the ending a goodbye from her to david aswell as from Andromache to Helikon. Which I think is really touching.
