Greenland Not So Hot

Meanwhile, there is increasing concern across globe that umpteen mountain glaciers that supply water to river valleys below are thinning at rates approaching a metre a year...

Must be said that shifting weather patterns *will* cause some glaciers to grow while many shrink. But which way is the over-all balance going ??
