A story and an article from Escape Velocity have both been nominated (not by us) for awards by the BSFA Awards, so that's boosted our morale We're not asking for votes - too late anyway.
We decided to make all three issues of Escape Velocity at free download for a while. Get yours and enjoy at
Escape Velocity magazine - google it for the link
The nominated story, An Empty Kind of Love, is by Adam Colston in issue 2.
The non-fiction piece, How to Burn a Chicken – Using Astronomy for Worldbuilding” is by Sheila Crosby, and also in issue 2.
Issue 2 has a marvelous photo of Arthur C Clarke on the rear cover with his famous 'I invented the satellite and all I got was this T-shirt'.
