Luminous Batsuit- used for extra intimidation in which he can appear to look like a phantom.
Skydiving Parasuit-
Invisibility Refractor Batsuit- features a cloaking device in suit which renders him virtually invisible by bending light waves.

Robin's Foam Batsuit
Azrael's Batsuit- features a high-tech helmet instead of a cowl, increased body armor, and gloves which are claw-like gauntlets that can launch razor-sharp batarangs.

I vaguely recall reading a story in the late sixties (or thereabouts - and it may have been a rerun from an earlier period) in which Batman wore a different, quite colourful, suit each time he went out, including one with a target on his torso. It was, as you might guess, part of a cunning plan**.
