Is Unseen Academicals or Raising Taxes the next Discworld book to be published? When will each one be published?

And, are they both regular Discworld books or young adult ones?

Unseen Academicals should be published OCTOBER or early November and it is a discworld book about football Oh! well at least it's a new discworld book and for that I'm thankful.
