Firestorm Shortlisted!

Excited? You bet I am! I just noticed that Dragon Orb: Firestorm has made the shortlist for the Explore Book Award 2009.

I also note that the teenage section was won last year by my good friend Sam Enthoven with his wonderful book: The Black Tattoo. That’s some act to follow!

LOL! There's no way of influencing this one, unless you all up sticks and move to the Wigan area in the NW of England and enrol in one of the local secondary schools so that you can vote! Even if by some freak chance you all took this totally seriously, I think someone might just suspect something, don't you?

Thanks for all your messages, folks. They are much appreciated. Even though I'm finding that I can't spend as much time in here as I'd like to these days, it's lovely to find that you all still take time to pop by my little corner of Chrons every now and then.
