Who’d win out of a fight between (Watchmen’s) Niteowl (probably while in his prime) and Batman?
 
I'd have to give it to Batman for experience and sheer weight of badass.
(although in the defence of Nite Owl, I don't think I've seen a bat-vehicle as cool as the owlship Archie)

But now you've got me thinking - where was the Robin equivalent for Nite Owl II? A vigilante psychopath who hangs around with a teenage boy - I'm sure Alan Moore could have done something with that.
 
I think if Niteowl was losing, Rorcharch would have stepped in and done Batman and Robin at once.
