The Eternal Knight and Immortal Dragon

The purpose of this thread is to create a knight and a dragon, piece by piece, until they are equally balanced for battle.

You can alter any component of anything, but you must do it in 25 words or less, and without images.

Format is basic, I'll start:

Knight: Titanium bones.
Dragon: Iridium skin.

See? Easy.

Knight: Fluorine-tipped lance.
Dragon: Enormous Size.
 
Can't beat that! (Cheater. ;-)) So our knight's mounted on a pegasus? I like that.

Knight: An armed retinue
Dragon: Hypnotic treasure hoard
 
Iron talons for the knight and iron will for the dragon? :D


Super speed for the knight
and
Super accuracy for the dragon.
 
I'll give you two words that true to both of them,

Fear
Courage

Those should make sense, but if they don't then I'm willing to explain.
 
How about some weaknesses?
Dragon: narcolepsy
Knight: crude strategist
 
Dragon: Besides Fire, he can generate Lightning and Intense Cold.
Knight: Resurrection (He gets better if he dies.)
 
Dragon: A persistent and nagging sense of guilt based on a deep-down feeling of self-loathing for the centuries of senseless slaughter, devouring of maidens, burning of villages and pointless hording of shiny metals.

Knight: A persistent and nagging sense of trying to remember whether he turned the oven off before he came out.
 
Dragon: Blood can heal anything.
Knight: Blood tastes exceptionally good to dragon.
 
Dragon: venomous halitosis

Knight: inability to smell
