Blade runner glitches

Well I noticed a few glitches in the film. First, in the first chase scene, why does the stripper stop running away. She just sits there, like she got tired of running, but she's an Android!

Also, when Decker is fighting the blonde Android boss, why doesn't Decker put the gun in his left hand and kill the android? Instead, Decker runs away, which seems out of characther. While he is running away, Decker conviently drops his gun.
