Yes, I've seen news of this on Moorcock's Miscellany. Nothing is firmed up yet beyond the general point of him writing a Doctor Who novel at this point... but it will be interesting to see where this goes.....

Pity he can't write a Doctor Who script! Somehow, they all seem the same recently.

Well, it's not as if Moorcock hasn't done any sort of work on scripts before, so I suppose it could be a possibility, if asked. However, he also notes that, with health, it is taking him much longer to complete anything these days, so in that respect it may not be feasible at this point....
